Health Conditions

Kindly advise us on booking of any health conditions, allergies or injuries as this could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

Pregnancy 

Please advise us if there is a possibility you may be pregnant or you are undergoing any fertility treatment. We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa Reservations team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

Home care 

To continue your Spa experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available at Spa Reception. 

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required on all spa day and spa stay bookings.

Full payment is required on all bookings. A 50% refund will be given if notice is given prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Re-booking may also be offered up to 4 weeks following original date, however please note this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If cancellation notice takes place inside 48 hours no refund will be given.

Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will unfortunately result in a reduced treatment time and full payment will still be charged.

In the event you do not attend a scheduled treatment, full payment will still be charged.

Artistic Colour Gloss

Our Gel colours by Artistic Colour Gloss have been created by world renowned nail artists. A soft soak off gel system that applies like polish and gives 2-3 weeks of fabulous, glossy nail colour. A true favourite with countless celebrities; it can be thinly applied for a natural look, layered for bold colour or mixed with one another for a customised look unique to you!

Our state-of-the-art gym is fully equipped with the Life fitness cardio vascular and strength machines and well as a well stocked free weights area. We have also introduced the Speedflex HIIT equipment to the gym to use as part of your workout and also to aid Personal Training sessions. We have a spacious studio with over 50 classes per week, with classes catering for all abilities and fitness levels. Personal Trainers are available to book to help you achieve your fitness goal. We can help you with bespoke training programs and personalised nutrition plans. 

Wet Spa

Five stunning pools - a full size 25 metre swimming pool plus bubble pool, large Hydrotherapy pool with swan necks and massage jets, outdoor vitality pool set in our Spa Herb Garden complete with massage jets and swan necks and an outstanding balcony infinity pool on the first floor treatment suite with massage jets*

* Infinity Pool only available as private hire or can be scheduled with any spa day or spa breaks 

Fusion Restaurant

Offering nutritional and healthy breakfast, delicious brunch and lunch, afternoon tea with a twist and dinner plus a wide selection of Asian bar tapas and hot and cold sandwiches. Freshly squeezed juices and fresh smoothies will also be available

Treatment Suite

Boasting 14 luxurious treatment rooms, a darkened sleep retreat complete with soundwave therapy beds and sumptuous sleep pods, Middle Eastern Mud Rasul Chamber, Beauty Snug complete with nail bar and pedicure thrones, plus a light relaxation balcony infinity pool* and cosy seating for up to 10 people.

* Only available as private hire or can be scheduled within our Signature spa days

Balcony Infinity Pool

Available for private hire only as an added extra to your Spa experience. Balcony Infinity Pool with light relax area.

Maximum of 10 people, 60 minutes for £30.00 per person. 

Outdoor Spa

Our Outdoor Spa consists of a large heated vitality bubble pool with swan neck jets, herbal gardens and lots of room to relax and unwind.
